The ICT project: A value proposition

Being a management included in the "legalizations" section, some people tend to mistakenly think that the ICT project is a mere "formality", of which the price should be minimized, without taking into account any other consideration.

We fully agree to minimize the price for our clients, but we want to give the message that the project should be more of an investment than an expense.

What we offer you

We will visit your work as often as necessary, usually an average of twice, and always included in the price: this is the main source of value,

During pre-installation visits:

  • Optimize spaces.
  • Finding creative and feasible solutions for interferences with other installations: a cabinet placed in a strategic location or not initially thought of, a new topology of the installation: not everything can be seen on drawings. Our experience since 1997 allows us to always offer the best answer.

In the final visit or in the ICT certification for properties with more than 20 dwellings:

  • We make sure that everything is built in accordance with the law and if anything does not fit we will advise you on how to adapt it with the minimum cost.
  • We make sure that everything works and is installed in a correct and neat way.
  • We issue the certificates and the corresponding procedures based on measurements that we make ourselves.

 Why it is increasingly important to monitor correctly

With the fall in the number of housing developments, we have begun to see much more frequent inspections at construction sites, inspections are usually quite rigorous and are not limited to the structural or visual aspect but include measurements of the level and quality of the signal at various points.

On the other hand, there is also an increasing number of complaints from tenants and owners, who are often advised by specialized engineering and law firms, due to the increased competition in the sector.
